NOURISH is a new type of job engine, providing training and employment for non-traditional workers. Individuals who are marginalized from the workforce. These are not low-level or make-work jobs. Rather, they are rewarding, challenging, and enjoyable jobs that take advantage of each worker's strengths. This is accomplished through technology-supported vocational training and individualized assessments. Opportunities also include linking individuals to integrated and competitive employment.
