Our Story

Anthony (Tony) Iacampo is Carmen’s Dad. For the past 27 years, he has watched his daughter grow into the loving and inspirational woman she is today. Like many fathers of children with disabilities, Tony wants to help Carmen explore life, find meaningful work, have fun, and seek purpose as an adult. He has first-hand experience with some of the unique challenges faced by a young adult on the spectrum.

With his experience in business and the horticulture industry, Tony created a program that can help Carmen, and others, access a pathway to a fulfilling life while getting the expert attention they need.
