A Revolutionary Job Platform
NOURISH is a groundbreaking job engine designed to provide training and employment for individuals who have been marginalized from the workforce. We don’t believe in make-work or low-level jobs. Instead, NOURISH offers rewarding, challenging, and purpose-driven careers tailored to each person’s unique strengths.
Through technology-supported vocational training and individualized assessments, we equip workers with the skills they need to thrive. NOURISH also serves as a bridge to integrated and competitive employment, ensuring sustainable career pathways for neurodiverse individuals and others who benefit from non-traditional job support.

At the heart of NOURISH is a controlled agriculture environment, where workers grow and sell fresh, locally sourced produce. This initiative not only fosters sustainable farming but also teaches valuable skills in horticulture, business operations, and customer engagement.
